Rhonda (Birk) Dale

Rhonda (Birk) Dale joined the Thorne Insurance team in October of 2023 as a P&C agent in our Wabash and North Manchester offices. She is a graduate of North Miami High School and completed college studies IU Kokomo, Eastern Gateway Community College, and Pathfinders Insurance School.

Rhonda writes personal and commercial lines with her 28 years of experience working in her family’s insurance agency – Central Indiana Insurance Service.

In her free time, Rhonda volunteers for various events in the community and tries to help wherever it is needed. She resides in Roann with her family, two dogs (Wrangler, a spunky chocolate lab, and Nikolei, a chaweenie), and three cats (Dempsey, Daisy, and Winifred). Rhonda has lots of hobbies, but her favorites are attending concerts, working in the garden, attending her children’s school events, crafting, playing cornhole, and enjoying the outdoors.
