Thorne is seeking communicative and energetic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Reps (CSR) to provide product information, answer questions, and more! The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dependable, honest, and have a desire to help families find coverage that fits their needs. They will utilize phone etiquette, along with verbal and written skills, to do so. They will also be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize their workflow.
Responsibilities
- communicating with customers with via phone and email
- helping customers connect with agents to meet their insurance needs
