Thorne is seeking communicative and energetic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Reps to provide product information, answer questions, and more! No prior CSR experience is needed.
Responsibilities May Include
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Helping customers connect with agents to meet their insurance needs
- Entering data in various platforms
Representative Qualities
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dependable, honest, and have a desire to help families find coverage that fits their needs. They will utilize their phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to do so. They will also be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize their workflow.
